All our real estate real estate valuations are prepared in accordance with RICS (Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors) and the local valuation standards.

We offer the following service types depending on the purpose of the valuation:

1. Direct services
   Location: Hungary or European Union ◆ Purpose: Sales negotiations or financial reporting or internal ◆ No. of properties: Single asset or portfolio
2. Valuation management
   Location: Hungary or European Union ◆ Purpose: Loan security purposes ◆ No. of properties: Single asset or portfolio
   We offer our valuation management services for loan security purposes assuring that the delivered valuation report will be accepted by the considered financial institution(s). We work with several real estate consultancies which specialize in preparing real estate valuations for loan security purposes.We recommend using our internal services abroad especially for portfolio valuations. This will assure that your reports will be comparable and will follow the same valuation standard, methodologies, content and structure.

Independently from the selected services, the valuations will be based on local market research and professional knowledge. In case of providing valuation management, we always discuss the content of the report with our external valuers and provide detailed reviews, to be able to provide the best possible service for you.
